This interior design project was created by Laith Abdel Hadi, an interior designer based between Dubai, London and Saudi Arabia. According to Laith, his personal style is quite unpredictable.

He says that one object can dictate the direction he will take in an overall look and feel of the space. However, everything he designs has some kind of humour in it, giving the room a feeling of belonging and happiness, with a touch of surprise and drama. But, no matter what, the interior designer always works closely with his clients to create an interior design project that reflects the clients’ personal style and personality but always pushing the boundaries of style and design a bit further.

“One of the brands, I worked with on this project is the obvious choice of Boca Do Lobo. I genuinely love the exaggerated fantasy-like art pieces they created, which I believe will be sought after collectables 20 years from now.” – Laith Abdel Hadi

Other brands the designer used for this interior design project were, Minotti, Jonathan Adler, Eichholtz, Tom Dixon, The Rug Company, Hudson Furniture NY by Barlas Baylar just to name a few.

He also points out, how lucky he is to work with the clients’ personal heirlooms and antiques in his interior design projects, from the likes of Sevres, Lalique, Limoges, Herend, Murano etc.

Get The Look

Like we previously mentioned, this interior design project featured art furniture from the Portuguese design brand, Boca do Lobo, the Heritage Sideboard and the Versailles Sofa.

Heritage Sideboard

Hand-painted tiles have gained a privileged place in architecture throughout the centuries. Portugal has adopted them as no other country has and in order to honour the Portuguese hand-painted tiles, the design brand created Heritage Sideboard. This exclusive piece presents a different number of layers, where each one tells a different story.

The sideboard is lined with hand-painted tiles, in its interior, there is one door and four drawers fully lined with gold leaf. This piece contains two shelves made in bronze glass.

Versailles Sofa

The creativity and rich decoration of the Versailles Palace contributed to the inspiration for the creation of this exuberant sofa. This design opens the way to freedom and the need for bringing extravagant creations to life.

The luxury sofa is made in a wood structure and the panels in a manual sculpture, produced in resin and finished with restoration techniques that give it the look and feel of stone. The upholstery fabric is made up of six velvety and removable pillows. The legs are produced in acrylic turned.
